RETURN POLICY

OUR PRODUCTS
  • Every piece made at DG precious is made and customised as per the preference and requirements of individual customers. The time taken by our manufacturing team is to ensure the product quality.
  • The orders take 14 to 21 working days to complete. We want to thank you ahead of time for your understanding. In many cases we complete the order within a week and you will be informed as soon as your order is complete and ready to dispatch. In case of any queries or urgency, you are requested to email us on dgpreciousuk@gmail.com or call us directly and we will do our best to help you with your requirements. 
 
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
  • On the dubious occasion that you discover any errors or issues with your request or if the order is not up to the mark as you desired, feel free to contact us to share your concerns. 
  • If you wish to return goods (excluding bespoke products), kindly inform us about the same , we will gladly arrange a refund for you without charge. We kindly ask that you cover the shipping charges when returning the goods to us.
  • We have a 15 days return policy .To be eligible for a refund, the customer must inform us by email to initiate the return within 5 days and must return it within 10 days of notifying us. Therefore, the item must be returned no later than 15 days after the delivery date, in its unworn and original condition without any damage, and with all accompanying documents and materials.
  • Please return your jewellery to us in its original packaging, or in a similarly sized container for security reasons, using Special sign for delivery and insuring it for the full amount to our address:

  • Once we receive the returned product, our Quality Assurance team will review the returned item(s). 

 

EXCEPTIONS:

The following items cannot be returned.

  • Items that show signs of wear or have been altered, resized (outside DG PRECIOUS), or damaged, are unable to be returned.
  • Any bespoke/personalised jewellery
  • Jewellery which is custom engraved
  • Jewellery of wrong dimensions at the time of purchase
  • Jewellery without the original tag on it and missing paperwork like the certificate will not be processed
  • Jewellery which has been already resized
  • Please call our consultant or email us at dgpreciousuk@gmail.com with your order number to begin the refund procedure.
  • The cost of the product(s), minus the shipping charges, will be credited to the PayPal account, credit or debit card originally used for the purchase upon receipt of the items. Your refund will be processed within 7 DAYS of receipt.It could take up to 7 days for your credit card company to credit your account.
 
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:
  • In the case of Goods which are customised/personalised (bespoke jewellery) and supplied to your specification, you will not have the right to cancel the Contract.
  • In any case where our standard return policy does not apply, our consultant will inform you of this in advance of you making your purchase.
  • If you return your order and exchange it for another item, the second item is non-returnable (unless the reason for returning is a manufacturing issue).
