SHIPPING POLICY

DELIVERY:

To deliver orders within the UK, we work with Royal Mail special next day delivery. We provide free delivery inside the United Kingdom. We guarantee secure delivery of your products to your door, and we will cover the shipping costs. Please keep in mind that orders placed outside of the United Kingdom may incur an extra delivery charge. The cost of delivery outside the UK varies and is provided by Fedex or Royal Mail International Signed ForTM.

During transportation, all items are covered against loss, damage, and theft.

For the sole purpose of security and safety, we ask that our customer be present when the item is delivered and inspect it for any mishandling, damage, or tampering with the goods.

You will receive a notification with your tracking number on the day of dispatch. To check the status of your package, go to the following websites: http://www.royalmail.com/track-trace


TIMELINE FOR DELIVERY:

We ship the product as soon as it passes our final quality checks.
The time it takes to deliver the finished product is expected to be between 3 and 4 weeks. We will notify you if, due to an unforeseen circumstance, the process takes longer than expected.
Time taken for the delivery of Bespoke designs depends on the complexity of the design.


ORDER STATUS:

ORDER CANCELLATION:

If you place an order and later decide to amend or cancel it, please inform us as soon as possible, as orders are processed quickly by our workshop and shipping service. We will do our best to accommodate any adjustments, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so given the possibility that the order has already been shipped. In such circumstances, you may need to wait until you get the order and then follow the usual return policy.
Any sum debited to us from your credit or debit card account will be re-credited to that credit or debit card account as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days of your order, once the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the same condition they were in when delivered to you. We reserve the right to deduct the direct costs of collecting the products from the amount to be credited to you if you do not return the goods sent to you in the manner described above. Unless the return is due to an error on our part, you will be responsible for all charges paid when returning the items to DG PRECIOUS UK LTD.

We have the right to cancel your purchase if one or more of the items you ordered were listed at an inaccurate price owing to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information we received from our suppliers, or if any of the products are out of stock.
As soon as feasible but no later than 30 days after your order, we will tell you by email or telephone that your order has been cancelled, and we will credit your account any amount charged from your credit card. If you are disappointed, we will not be responsible to compensate you in any way.


DELIVERY TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS:

We can surely assist you if you wish to have your goods delivered to a different address (other than your billing address). To protect our buyers from fraudulent actions, we require identifying documents for such a request. Details of these will be sent to you via email upon receipt of your request.
